What Volya is
A consumer fitness and nutrition app that builds AI-generated plans from the inputs you provide. We're a software product, not a medical service or a personal trainer with a license.
Not medical advice
Nothing in the app is medical advice. If you have any chronic condition, are pregnant, are post-op, or just feel something is off, consult a clinician before starting or changing a programme. The contraindications panel on every exercise is a starting point, not a substitute for a professional opinion.
Your account
One person per account. Keep your email and any auth credentials secure. You can delete your account any time from settings (V1).
Limits of liability
Volya is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it safe and reliable, but we're not liable for injuries, missed goals, or other outcomes resulting from following any plan generated by the app. Train smart; the body is yours.
