FAQ
- What does 'price lock' mean?
- If we ever raise prices, your subscription stays at the original rate as long as it's continuously active. We commit not to raise prices for beta users for at least 12 months from launch.
- How do I cancel?
- One tap from /account/settings once billing is live. No phone call, no email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep full access until then.
- What about refunds?
- EU/UK customers get the statutory 14-day cooling-off period (you can request a full refund within 14 days of first paid charge). Outside that window, we don't issue partial refunds — cancel and access ends at period close.
